Your business must be interested in launching brick and mortar retail in Olde Towne, Portsmouth.
Your business must have a professional logo, packaging, and website.
Eligible businesses should have a business plan, desire to grow, and a willingness for owners/operators to attend training programs and receive personalized guidance from mentors.

Applications will be reviewed by a panel of judges and evaluated based on relevant criteria including: business concept, market demand/district fit, overall quality, etc.
