About the Program
This Healthcare Accelerator is a 12-week program designed to help established small health and wellness businesses in Hampton Roads confidently strengthen and grow their operations. Over six interactive classes, participants will learn the fundamentals of the healthcare sector including growth trends and emerging opportunities, consumer behavior, technology and telehealth, public & private payment systems, revenue cycle management, regulatory compliance, and more. In addition to the six class sessions, participants will also receive biweekly coaching sessions to work towards achieving their individual business goals.

Qualifications
Applicants must fit the following criteria:
- Businesses operating for at least 1 year
- Owners who can provide proof of formation in Virginia
- Business with a footprint in Hampton Roads
- Businesses operating in the health, wellness, or life sciences space
Evaluation & Selection
Cohort is limited to 30 businesses. Applications will be evaluated by program facilitators.
